This video was shot in full HD (1980x1080) in 24p (23.98fps) at 10Mbps in AVCHD.  It was shot with the 14-140 f/4 - f/5.8 lens.

There's a lot of low light footage which looks really good, the audio seems pretty good too, though you can hear a fair amount of wind noise on the mic.  They used auto white balance, and manual exposure.  Using manual exposure I think is the way to go if you want that cinematic look, it avoids the camera adjusting the exposure constantly, for example as the sun comes up.

As I am new at this, please, how do you add music to the film- as in the sunrise section? Also, do varied lenses come with the camera?
