This is a review of the Sony DSC-HX100V Digital Camera Be sure to check out the supplemental sample videos! Note: some viewers commented that the sensor next to the viewfinder is a proximity sensor, not a heat sensor. I'm not really sure how it works, but it does seem a bit sensitive (e.g., the camera switches from LCD to viewfinder unexpectedly when it's close to the body). This video was recorded with the Sony DSC-HX9V camera using its built-in mic's. June 12, 2011

Great review, thanks. In your opinion how much better would the pictures be on this camera compared to Sony's HX9? I'm not sure which I'm going to buy. Thanks.
