Hi Charles, I apologize, we made a mistake on the specs on this camera. We'll have it corrected shortly. It looks like we made the same mistake on the SP-800.

The Olympic SP-600UX is not a 24p Camera..it operates in 30p Movie Mode only. The specs from Olympus never inducate that the camera operates in 24p mode. I unfortunately purchased this camera based on what appears to be inacurate information from this site. If you have additional information or proof that the camer operates in any sort of 24p mode please forward it to charles.cozart@gmail.com. Thanks
