TL500/EX1 is great at daylight. images are crisp colors are very well maintained but when it is dark, it pushes iso level harsly. it has screen that is very good quality-when ambient light is low ,but under bright sun light it is hard to see images. video quality is good, but resolution is low. for this price it is a good investment which can accompany to DSLR during trips. I strongly sugget using a polarizer filter with an adaptor tube all times.
