I love my s8100 but it appears to be worn out, it won't stay focused. Is there a nikon coolpix out there that will get the great pictures that my 8100 did?

Hello Snapshot , i m confused between S8100 and S9100. there's not much difference between the price its only around $50. please suggest which one is better. Also i saw new model launched S8200 similar to S8100.let me know whether this is better than other two.

Both the s8100 and s9100 are very much alike. Important differrences I found are the s8100 has better image stabilization but the s9100 has a better zoom. It depends on what is more important to you. The s9100 is a later model. I'm still trying to decide also seeing as my wife lost my Sony, which I was prety happy with. Wal-mart has the s8100 for $349 where Amazon has it for $229 with free shipping and no tax.

Hello,

I'm primarily focused on a camera that takes good low-light pictures.  Does anyone have any feedback as to which of these cameras does a better job?  From other reviews that I've read, both use the same technology (combining pics taken at different exposures), so if their performance is similar, I might just go with the cheaper 8100.
