Purely on the photo level, I am pretty sure i like the AW100 more... even though it it older.... just got the AW110 about 6 months ago, and think the photos arent as good... that being said, overall i dont like either... there are no settings you cant pick your ISO, aperature, etc, on your own... it is all auto settings based on what you think the words mean verses what the programmer thinks they should mean.... I like to pick my own settings .... for that one reason i give it a 3/5... but photo quality and toughness and video, it would give it a 4.5 in performance.

I bought this camera specifically for a cruise and scuba diving. It worked for two days. I DID NOT even go underwater and the screen went completely blank. SO DISAPPOINTED. I got insurance and was told that if anything happens to the camera, I would get a new free one. HOWEVER, the fact that liquid damage is not covered, yet this camera is waterproof, is quite obsurd in my opinion. I had to buy a one time use camera for scuba diving. Please do not make the same mistake I made

AW110 has an OLED screen so I imagine the battery will last longer due to it taking less energy
