 I own a S3300 and I see everything it has as worthed. You wouldn't want to go to the menu and press many buttons to change the mode (L120) when you can do it just by rotating the dial (S3300). Also it has manual exposure modes which Nikon L120 lacks. Its flash is powerful, nice contrast detection autofocus and great viewfinder.
Go for it!

Agreed !! S3300 is definitely a better choice, especiallly cuz of the viewfinder feature

Resolution prb... i used s3300 .. whn i img transfer to pc and see resolution in photoshop its just 72 dpi, can i set 300 dpi direct into cam??? help me

go for s3300 its quite better than l120...in terms of features......and night mode n zooming is better than l120,,,and one more new thing in s3300 is that its having display sleep mode (which is when u r going out of battery u can turn of d display and use d view finder) which u cant get in l120 and d manual option is a good choice to go wid it....!!!
