Nikon J1 does have image stabilization in the lens and it works very well.  I shot some pictures in the dark with no tripod on the first night I had the J1 and image stabilization was compensating for 1/4 second shutter speeds.  Pretty impressive imo.  While you do have a disclaimer regarding point and shoot versus mirrorless, the ratings don't make a bit of sense and at least some of your information is inaccurate.

Hey, Admin or Moderator, the image quality rating is wrong. 15 points increase in image quality equates to 100% higher image quality (1 stop). So the 6 points is supposed to be around 40%.  Check this out - http://www.dxomark.com/index.php/About/Sensor-scores
