              Canon SX500IS and SX510HS both use Li-ion rechargeable batteries (class NB-6L or NB-6LH respectively)... I think this is a very important advantage, considering many of the competitors, at the same price range, including Nikon (i.e. Coolpix L820), use 4x AA dtilo battery!!!
