The HX1 smears detail way too much.  It has a great set of specs, but with the super small sensor size 1/2.4" it is a noisy chip.  Noise reduction removes too much detail.  It's fun to use, but the end results are not worth the cost.  Hopefully the 100v is better for that.  But at this price point, and size, grabbing an A33 would be worth the 15x larger chip if photos are your end need.

looking for good in low light? U must have the HX1. Unfortunately Sony seems to have discontinued it, they have HX100V instead

Which camera is "better" This one or the Nikon P100?? Snapsort says the Nikon, but the reviews are better for the Sony on Bestbuy.com. I need good image stabilization and good in low light, please someone help a girl out lol :(
