Nikon Coolpix S2600 Photo #2 Small Whaleback

Glacially polished granite with continental ice sheet's last movement flowing from bottom left thru centre of the wee point. Roadside rest area on shore of Lake Superior along the Trans-Canada Hwy. Once upon a time and now eroded away, this place was a batholith feeding strato-volcanoes, then a monolith enduring long after the removal of overlying strata, now a tiny whaleback caressed by water.
