Because the D-Lux 4 is a better camera.   People start to realize this after comparing the overall image quality of the DL4 and DL5 photos.  Those who sold their DL4 and bought the DL5 regret having done so.

Why is the D-LUX 4 so much more expensive than the D-LUX 5?

I'm not sure what you mean exactly :) The Leica D-Lux 4 has a built in flash. It also has a hot shoe for an external flash.

Why is there no categorie: "lacks internal flash" Having an external flash is good but that doesn't need to imply that there is no internal flash. But in this camera it does.
