Because bigger resolution doesn't mean better photos, only bigger files. I have the HS20 and I shoot in 8MP mode because the noise using 16MP is really ugly and annoying. I'm not very satisfied with the HS20. My girlfriend has the HS10 and she takes better photos than mine most of the times.

No Snapsort uses True Resolution which is based on the cameras sensor size and not on the advertised number of MP.

So the HS30/33 is 10.6MP where the HS20 is 16MP. How is that possible???
