Sharpness depends on lens which is installed on the DSLR.

I think this is because of its pixel size..41.3 µm² compare to 18 mpx with only I think 20+µm²

These 8 mpx cameras give really crisp sharpness at 100% scale unlike the new 18 mpx models, which make the image blurry and noisy.
