The only real difference between the two cameras is that the 600D has a vari-angle LCD. It depends if you want to spend a little extra and get the vari-angle LCD. Personally I would get the 600D :)

Am looking at upgrading my camera, I have a canon eos400 I bought when they first came out and its great... altho I'm finding it to be lacking when photographing wildlife as the critters tend to come out suring the evening... we are going on a trip around Oz next year and I plan on doing alot of photography.. mainly wildlife/scenery... I do love birds in flight too.. I've been looking at the nikon d510 and the canon eos600d... I'm not a prfessional.. just love wildlife etc... could you advise me on the best camera for my needs.. I am getting soooooo confused
